Show Wilson Names Delegates. SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 17. President Presi-dent Wilson made public hero tonight the names ot the twenty-two men v ho will represent, the general public In the national conference which is to begin in Washington on October 6 (in October 6 lo consider plans lor a new relationship between cmploer and employee. Twenty-two representatives representa-tives to sit in the conference will he fected later by organized labor, tho leading agricultural associations, in vestment bankers and manufacturers 1 On the president's list of those who will represent the public are Bernard M Baruch of New York, former chairman chair-man of the war industries board; R b-ert b-ert S Brookings, ol SI Louis, former chairman of iho price-fixing committee commit-tee of that organization; John D.
