Show JOHN A. HUTCHENS, MEMBER OF OGDEN POLICE FORCE, IS FOUND DEAD IN HIS BED j John A. Hutchens, a member of I be j Ogden police force for the past twenty one years, was found dead in his room at his home thi morning by his wife. Mr. Hutchens was on duty at the police station yesterday a:; usual and his .death was a hock to his fellow workers. work-ers. Upon returning to his homo last nicht ho complained of having pains 1 tirough his chest and a local physician I was called and after giving an examination exami-nation stated thai Ihere was no need for alarm as the pains wore of a general gen-eral nature. T1k family retired and Mr Hufehon was found dead in his room at 8 o'clock this morning by his wifo Mrs. Hutchens Hutch-ens was up early this morning and at 6 o'clock she went to his room but did not enter, thinking that Iter husband hus-band was resting easily An examination was made after he was found dead and the physician's report re-port showed that the former patrolman died shortly after 3 o'clock this morn Ing Mr Hutchens was born in Ogden, April 12 1863, the son of William B. and Marj Eliza step.'' Hutchens. He was married to Miss Lois Brown, Do-t Do-t ember 25. 1884. and resided in this city practically all of his life. He was the fnther of ten children., six of whom are still living.
