Vivian Scowcroft Sued for $5850 By Wilmer Terrin Nancy May Ferrin filed suit In .he district court today against Vivian Scowcroft to recover damages alleged in be due aa the result of a collision rf automobiles in Ogden canyon, near Pineview, October 13, 1918. The complaint com-plaint alleges that, on the date mentioned, men-tioned, tho plaintiff was riding in nn automobile driven by her husband. Wilmer Ferrin and when near '.he I'ine iow resort, the defendant drove ;.n automobile into the Ferrin car and that as a result of the collision the plaintiff was thrown out of the automobile auto-mobile and sustained injuries which has prevented her from doing h:r household duties, as well as having suffered bodily injuries. As a result of the injuries, Mrs. Forrin asks lor $5,000 damages The second cause of action is for $350 by Wilmer Ferrin for damages to the automobile and oou damages for Injuries sustained as the result of the collision. The claim of the latter has been assigned to the plaintiff in the action.
