Show oo LITEM KM 01 HIS WHY EAST First Lieutenant Wlllard E. Kay passed through Ogden recently on his way east, visiting a few hours with his" parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Kay. Lieutenant Kay enlisted in the U. S. army, tho medical reserve corps, last October, but was not called into service until August 1. Prior to that time ho served as house physician at the Lane hospital, Stanford Medical college, at San Francisco, where he made a most enviable record, being considered one of the best medical men in the state of California. He has been stationed at Camp Fremont, California, since August 1. of this year and when the call came for tho most efficient physicians, he was one selected. sel-ected. He expects to be in France very soon now. Lieutenant Wilflrd E. Kay is the brother of Lieutenant Harold Kay who is serving as squadron commander, being stationed at Arlington, Washington. |
