Show REPUBLICANS MEET-TO MEET-TO PLAN CAMPAIGN NEW YORK. March 1. Further conferences with prominent Republican Republi-can leaders were continued here today by Will H. Hays, new chairman of tho Republican national committee, upon his arrival from Washington. He was tho guest- of William R. Willcox, his predecessor in office, at a luncheon at the Bakers' club. Among those invited were Charles E. Hughes, George W. Perkins, D. Coleman Da Pont, George W. Wickersham, Frank A. Munsoy, Jacob H. Schlff, Henry L. Stoddard, A. T. Hert, Republican national committeeman commit-teeman from Kentucky; Frank H. Hitchcock, Governor James P. Goodrich Good-rich of Indiana and local and county leaders. Prior to the luncheon Secretary Hays mot Senator Johnson of California Califor-nia who was unablo to attend the gathering gath-ering and after an hour's talk announced an-nounced he bad enjoyed a "most delightful de-lightful visit" Senator Johnson said: "Wo have entire confidence in this young .man and absolute faith in what ho will accomplish. Wo are all with him." Mr. Hays said tho conference indicated indi-cated "a further knitting of all Republicans Repub-licans and complete unanimity in the great work to be done for the country, i We are all needed.
