Show Government Will Accept Nothing But Absolute Inde-pendence Inde-pendence and Reparation for Damages. HAVRE, Thursday, Feb. 28. (By H the Associated Press) Baron do Bro-quevllle, Bro-quevllle, the Belgian foreign minister, gives the Associated Press the follow-ing follow-ing statement concerning the recent speech by Count von Hertllng, the German Imperial chancellor: "The Belgian government's views IH arc known and have not changed.
