Noti ce is hereby given that the an I nual meeting of the stockholders of the Ogden Bench Canal & Water company com-pany will he held at thd city hall, on Monday, January 14, 1018, at 8 p. m., for tho purpose of hearing the financial finan-cial report-of the secretary and treasurer treas-urer for the year 1917, and for tho election of seven directors to servo for the ensuing two years, and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
