Following a I conference between Bill Rodgers, new manager of the Sacramento club, and Judge McCredie this afternoon, the Iionowing players, along with Rodgers, were sold to Sacramento: Gus Fisher Babe" Borton, Denny Wilie, Art Griggs, Lynn Brenton, Harrv Gardner and Ralph Mnelli. Rodgers has been trying hard to secure se-cure his release from Portland, but had to wait until Sacramento acted on the proposal to purchase the other players, play-ers, it is understood that Rodgers was empowered by Charlie Graham today to go to McCredie, as agent of too Sacramento club, and close the deal. Rodgers, It is understood, was asked as to the wisdom of taking all of the Players at the price mentioned, but ne thought it best not to. Price Not Mentioned.
