Show CHIBDPFtflCTQRS TO GET NIHIL 110 ! A continuance of the case of the (State against C. B, Johnson, chiroprac-jtor, chiroprac-jtor, charged with practicing medicine in violation of the state liquor laws, was asked by counsel for John'son in the district court this afternoon. It was stated that the attorneys for the National Association of Chiropractors desired to be present at the' trial to defend Mr. Johnson and that probably two weeks would bo required to get them here. One is in Canada and the other in Texas. This case has caused considerable interest as it is recognized as a test case of the state laws relating to the practice of medicine. |
