SEVENTH NEBRASKA , IS NOT ACCEPTED LINCOLN, Neb., Jan. 7. Notice was Issued today by Governor Keith Novllle that the Seventh regiment, Nebraska Ne-braska infantry, a volunteer organization organiza-tion which sought admission to the active ac-tive federal service, has been disbanded, disband-ed, following advices from Washington Washing-ton that no such organizations will be accepted into the federal service. Governor Gov-ernor Neville was the colonel of tho regiment, having been appointed to tho position by Acting Governor Edgar Howard during tho governor's absence at Washington. The men composing the regiment more than two-thirds of" whom are of military age will be subject sub-ject to tho draft law In the same : manner as men who have not offered themselves for onlistment. .
