Fenn, in charge of the department 1 1 1 ?.mg, departed this morning to assume charge of the forests in South-em South-em Idaho under the arrangement for M one assistant district forester to handle a certain definite territcy and take care of all matters arising therein there-in during the summer months He. will go at once to Boise which will be his headquarters during the four or five months he will be away from the headquarters office. Under the new arrangement of handling the work of the iorest service. serv-ice.
