Show 'Ti5 iiV Cooks Preparing Finest Thanksgiving Meal Ever Served Soldiers on Foreign For-eign Soil. WITH THE AMERICAN ARMY IN FRANCE, Tuesday, Nov. 27. Army cooks today began to prepare what probably will bo the best dinner ever served for an army fighting on foreign soil. In every little village in France where American troops aro stationed tho company pooks began making cranberry sauce"' and laying out great piles of plump turkeys, sweet potatoes and everything else that goes to make up a real Thanksgiving dinner. There Is not an American soldier who will be unable to eat his full capacity, except ex-cept for a few just arrived and some officers who aro unlucky enough to be stationed in out of the way places and living in hotels. As many of these as possible havo been invited to messes. Even the wood-cutting camps lost in the forests of France, have had a share sent to them. Big Job Begins Early.
