Show POLICE COURT . The case of Terry Sparr who is said to be one of tho participants in the free-for-all fight which occurred at Lorin Fan- park last Saturday evening, was set for trial September 2G. 11. H. Baumunk, attornoy for Sparr. asked for a reduction of the boy's bail from $50 to $25. The request was refused by Municipal Judge Barker. Trcscdcr and Shields, the other alleged al-leged participants, claim to bo under the ago of eighteen years, and will bo turned over to the Juvenile court. The case of Jack Ryan, who forfeited forfeit-ed bail of $25 when he failed to ap-poar ap-poar in court Tuesday morning, was taken under advlsomont by the court. Tho boy's tine name is said to be Del-bert Del-bert L. Wilson. He was charged with battery. J. H. Boston ran over a safety ono, according to tho police, and deposited bail of $10 which was forfoilod to the city this morning when tho dofondant did not appear to answer to tho charge.
