Show Rumors of Dissolution of Diet and New Formation on Bolsheviki Pattern. FACING STARVATION No Prospect of Getting Bread People Are Eating Oats Hunger Riots Reported. STOCKHOLM, Jan. 19. Bourgeoisie circles in Helsingfors are disquieted over rumors of a coming Socialist revolutionary rev-olutionary uprising and the forcible dissolution of the diet and the formation forma-tion of a senate after the Bolsheviki pattern. The Svenska Dagbladet's Haparanda correspondent reports famine conditions condi-tions in various places in Russia. In the Orenburg district there has been no bread since Christmas and in a large part of the government of Nizhni Novgorod, there being no prospect of getting bread the people are eating oats, which also are becoming scarce. Hunger riots are reported in the governments gov-ernments of Kostroma and Tver.
