Oct. 25 Stocks were weak at the opening of today's session, ses-sion, speculative issues losing 1 to 'I points as a direct result of the action taken yesterday by the local money committee to reduce bank loans and restrict operations within reasonable limits. The most severe declines were registered by oils, shippings and equipments, although Investment rails, United States Steel and other standard stan-dard stocks averaged recessions of a point Numorous "stop loss" orders were dislodged in the heavy selling of the first half hour with a few substantial sub-stantial recoveries on supporting orders.
