Show !i ilLITlf FHENL FOB JOS, LEO JUS The body of Joseph L. Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. James H. Jones of Hooper, Hoop-er, will be brought from Camp Upton, New York, to his home for burial. The young soldier died Saturday evening at the Camp Upton base hospital of spinal meningitis. The body Is expected expect-ed to arrive from New York on Thursday Thurs-day ovenlng or Friday morning. A military mil-itary funeral service will probably be held at 2 p. m. Sunday afternoon in the Hooper meeting house. Private Jones was a member of .company R, 31th engineers. |
