Show YOUNG AVIATOR IS EURIED AT WILLARD WILLARD, April 11- The most' largely attended funeral ever held in this city was that today of George B. 1 Cook, who died while attending the j aviation school at Berkeley, Cal. The services were military in character and were attended by the cadets of thei Utah Agricultural college, soldiers' from Fort Douglas and many prominent promi-nent citizens of Box Elder county, including in-cluding the stake presidency and high council The speakers were Assistant Attorney Attor-ney General Dalby, representing Governor Gov-ernor Bamberger; A. M. Merrill of the Granite high school, President E, G. Peterson of the Utah Agricultural college, S. Norman I,oe ot Brlgham City, in addition to a number of local men. The body was followed to the cemetery ceme-tery by a long cortege and a salute was fired by the cadets. Taps were sounded by soldiers after the gravei had been dedicated. The floral off-rinKs were profuse. |
