Show TRIBE DIVORCE SUIT I DECIDED BY EVANS Judge P. C. Evans of Salt Lake, who ; heard the divorce suit of Mary Tribe against AJvin M. Tribe some weeks ! ago in Judge Agee's court, has hand-1 ed down his decision which was filed , with the clerk of the court today. .ludge Evans grants Mrs. Tribe a divorce and the custody of the two children, and sets aside the property (settlement agreement which was en-; tered into between the parties, and which was afterwards repudiated by Mrs. Tribe upon the ground that it I was unfair and jnequitable. and made' no adequate proision for her chil-' dren. The decision recites that no pecu-i pecu-i niary loss should fall on one from an- other's wrong, and that therefore the wife's permanent alimony should be j in proportion to Leave her at least'as well off financially in divorce as she would have been in marriage. Mr?. Tribe is given property amounting to about $7000, apd in ad-jdition ad-jdition is given alimony 1n the sum of $125 a month for a period of six months and $50 per month alimony afler that for the. support of the children. chil-dren.
