Show uu RAILROAD MEN TO ATTEND BANQUET Local railroad traffic officials who have enjoyed the hospitality of the Salt Lake Passenger Agents' association associa-tion on many occasions in times past, have planned to reciprocate in a measure meas-ure next Saturday evening. Under the leadership of Paul L. Beemer. city passenger pas-senger and ticket agent of the Union Pacific, tbey have planned a reception and banquet for the traffic men located locat-ed in Salt Lake City at the Wober club next Saturday night. It is anticipated that nearly 100 agents and officials, who cover the intermountain in-termountain states in their search for business, will attend the banquet and that they will be enthusiastic boosters for Ogden as a "regular" town when they return to Salt Lake is the promise prom-ise of the entertainment committee. This party was promised to the Salt Lakers several weeks ago and It is reported that they have been anticipating antici-pating it with much pleasure. |
