The trading this morning on th local lo-cal mining exchange was a little more active, there being a total of 56.326 shares changing hand-. The prices generally Bpeaklng were about steady, although there wf-re a few stocks that .showed some advance, these b'-in Sells ami Tint it- Standard, the former opening at 16 cents and advancing rapidly at 17 1 2 cents, it closing with 15 cents bid and 18 cents asked, while the latter showed strength and sold as high as 85 cents, it .closing strong around this price Howell Mining was very active from 20 to 21 cents.
