Show M TITLE DEEDS ARE RECORDED Sixty-two tax title deeds were the last transactions booked for December Decem-ber by the outgong county recorder Some of these properties are in the City, but a majority are undeveloped farm lands Mans of the lots and tracts are said to be valuable and Steadily increasing in value. The auction auc-tion o fthe properties will bo held in May. In the interim the former owners, own-ers, who forfeited title by non-pay ment of taxes legally may reclaim their property by paying all back tax-. ps and costs, otherwise the lands will be sold and the titles cleared to the ( purchasers.
