Show CHIROPRACTORS OF UTAH ARE TO BE DEFENDED The following constitution and bylaws by-laws have boon adopted by the People's Peo-ple's Chiropractic Protective Association Associa-tion of Utah: Constitution and By-Laws. Name This organization shall be known as "TIip People's Chiropractic Protective Association of Utah." Object This association is organized orga-nized for the purpose of securing for the people of the state of Utah the constitutional con-stitutional right to choose their own method of healing, and the right to re-ceie re-ceie chiropractic adjustments from a responsible chiropractor. We also believe that the public la entitled to protection from irresponsible chiropractors chiro-practors All numbers of this association associa-tion are pledged to do all in their pow er 10 nave tnc laws in me slate of Utah amended, in such a manner as to allow chiropractors to practice in the state; also to have a board of examiners exam-iners appointed, consisting of experienced experi-enced and properly educated chiroprac tors and no chiropractor will be allowed al-lowed to give adjustments until such chiropractor has passed an examination examina-tion before the board and has receh ed a certificate of examination. Officers The officers of this association associ-ation will consist of a president, secretary-treasurer and six other members mem-bers as an advisory board to be appointed ap-pointed by the president. These eight members will be known as the exei u tive committee, president and secretary-treasurer, to be elecied and committee com-mittee appointed on the first Monday in January of each year; each to serve one year. No officer of the association associa-tion is to receive any remuneration unless un-less hereinafter provided for. Membership Any one may become a member of this association who is favorable to chiropractic and desires to further its interests and the rights t of thp people in general. oo |
