Columbus Rexall today took its first step on the new advance which was predicted Saturday by one of the Salt Lake brokers. The opening was 10 cents higher than the close on Saturday Satur-day and from this price It began to climb and closed at $1.50 ask, after transferlng 9,500 shares of stock. Trading on tho other issues was rather quiet and prices were about the same as last week's closing. Tar Baby was about the most active, selling 3,000 shares around 6 cents. May Day disposed of 4,000 shares of her stock at 4 cents a share and closed rather strong. Silver King Consolidated Consoli-dated and Walker Mining company, two high-priced stocks, were rather active traders at advanced prices.
