King next month, instead of the usual one, according to a communication received by Superintendent Super-intendent Henry C. Johnson of the Ogden public schools, from State Superintendent Sup-erintendent E. G. Gowans. The communication com-munication follows: "My Dear Superltendent: After arrangements were made for the preliminary test on the 18th InsL of applicants for appointment to Annapolis, Ann-apolis, word was received from Son-ator Son-ator King that he had two vacancies to fill instead of one. This means that ho will make appointments to Annapolis of two principals and sLx alternates. There were not enough applicants on the 18th inst. to furnish fur-nish appointees for both vacancies; and another tost, therefore, will be held in this department on May 31st, beginning at 9 a. m. The same subjects sub-jects will be included in the test as In tho last examination. I shall very much appreciate anything you can do to bring this, matter to the attention atten-tion of high school students and others oth-ers in your district who are interested. inter-ested.
