Show oo SWEDEN WILE STAYNEUTRAL New Cabinet Will Strive to Prevent Country From Entering War. LONDON. March 31. 5 a. m - Strict neutrality will be the policy of tbe new Swedish cabinet, according to a Stockholm Stock-holm dispatch to Reuters. The new premier, Carl Swartz, has issued the following statement: "In conformity with the principles laid down by his majesty in charging me with the formation of a new ministry minis-try the first duty of the government will be to follow faithfully Uie sound policy of impartial neutrality which his majesty and the former ministry successfully carried out. It Is true that the difficulties have lately increased in-creased more and more, but the gov-ornmont gov-ornmont regards such a policy as the surest means of finding a Bolution to such problems. In striving to prevent the country from being involved in the world war. while fearlessly maintaining its independence, inde-pendence, the cabinet hopes to gain the support of the riksdag and the Swedish people. Certain quostions concerning con-cerning the commercial policy of the country which are very important for' the feeding of our peopie and the maintenance main-tenance of our industries will be the subjects of special consideration for tho cabinet. Negotiations to this end wlli be begun immediately." The members of tho new cabinet are : Admiral Llndman, foreign minister; M Stenbcrg. minister of Justice; Colonel Col-onel Akerman, minister of war; Captain Cap-tain Hans Erlcson, minister of marine; ma-rine; C. F Von Sydow, minister of the interior; M. Carleson. minister of finance; fi-nance; M. Hammarstroem. minister of instruction; M. Dahlberg. minister of finance; Hakon Ericson and M.
