Feb. 16 Mrs. An Peterson, who was widowed when the Mexican ranch raiders killed her husband late Monday, was in a critical condition oarh today following follow-ing the receipt of news at the Peter son ranch home of the murder of her husband. Mrs. Peterson Is about to become a mother and she was attended attend-ed throughout the night bv physicians and nurses who feared she could not live 24 hours. Peterson left seven children. chil-dren. Mrs Burton Jensen, whose husband also was killed by the raiders, fainted when told of the triple murder and is under a physician's care. Jensen left two small children. Hugh Acord's aged mother was prostrated from the shock of her son's death. Acord was unmarried. Peterson was 39 years old, Jensen was 32 and Acord 22. Mormon Colony in Mourning. The Mormon colon here today entered en-tered a period of mourning for the dead ranchers and all suspended work. There is doubt as to whether the raid was led by Prudencio Miranua or Sllvestro Quevedo.
