WIDOW OF LATE STATESMAN WEDS London, Aug. 3, 11:15 a. m. Mrs. Joseph Chamberlain, widow of the 'ate British statesmen and the Rev. Hartley L. Carnegie, rector of St. Margaret's and canon of Westminster, were married at Westminster Abbey at 8 o clock this morning.
