ROB BANK, MURDER, FLEE WITH COIN Terlton, Okla. Jan. 12. Three men late today robbed the bank of Terlton. killed a deputy sherlfi wounded two other men and escaped with $3000. The cashier, alone in the bank was preparing to close for the day when the men entered. They forced him to wrap the $3000 in his coat and backed out of the door. As they left the building thev encountered en-countered Robert Moore. a deputy sheriff, who attempted their capture. He was shot and killed. Later two members of a posse following close on their trail, were slightly wounded by the fire of the bandits.
