Show DIRECTORS OE LOCAL BANKS ARE ELECTED The meeting of the stockholders of the Commercial National bank, called to elect directors yesterday afternoon, was adjourned until January 16 The Utah State bank held Its stockholders' stock-holders' meeting during the afternoon yesterday and declared a dividend of 9 per cent for the quarter vear ending end-ing December 31, 1914. The oldd officers of-ficers and directors were elected as follows: H C. Bigelow, president; J. M. Browning, vice president; A. P. Bigelow. Bige-low. cashier; E. L. Van Meter, assistant assist-ant cashier, who. with J. N. Spargo, G. L. Becker, O. A. Parrnley, J. K. Spiers and H. M. Rowe, form the directorate. di-rectorate. At the meeting of the Utah National Na-tional bank held yesterday afternoon at 3:80 the following officers and directors di-rectors were elected Ralph E. Hoag, president; H. J. Peery and W J Parker, vice president; presi-dent; A. V Mcintosh, cashier, and Paul M. Lee, assistant cashier; M. V Dooley. John E. Dooley, Ralph E. Hoag. W. J. Parker and H. J. Peery, directors. The bank declared a dividend divi-dend of 11 per cent last month, nn |
