She says that Mr. Chappie does not furnish the ne realties of life for herself and two children and that he has been unkind The complaint alleges that tho de i fendant has been In tho habit of being awa from home late ut night, asso elating with women other than trm plaintiff and has told the plaintiff that he does not loe her. Mrs Chappie asks for the care and custodv of the children costs of suit and attorney fees, alimony and the household furniture The parties were I married December 8, 1909. In Judge Howell s division of the district eourt this morning Eucv lp son was granted a decree of divorce from Asael A Ipson on the grounds of failure to provide The dprrce was gmntd on ex-parte testimony, the defendant not appearing in court. The parties agreed as to the division ol the community property and tho plain tiff was awarded the care and custodv of the minor child, the defendant to pay $15 a month alimony for its sup port. |
