Richard Olsen, Gustat Peterson and W H. Sherman, charging cruelty and failure to provide. pro-vide. Mrs Olsen states that she was married January 7, 1891, and that she ha? three children. She claims that her husband has been cruel, finding fault and grumbling, and that at Kanesvllle July 24, 1914, be assaulted her with a knife. She asks for the care and custody of the children, costs of suit, general relief and par-1 titlon of the community property, which is valued at $8000 In her complaint. Mrs Peterson al leges that she married the defendant defend-ant Jnn 15, 1909. and that then- are two children. She claims that the defendant has failed to provide the necessities of life. She wants the cure and custody of the children,! COBtS of suit and attorn fees, together to-gether with reasonable alimony. Mrs Sherm.Mi avers In Ler petition i that she married Mr Sherman, Oc-1 tober 15, 1902, and that they have' an adopted child, the custody ot whom she seeks. She says that the I defendant hay an uncontrollable and violent temper and that on May 1, of this year, he chased her around the house and threatened her with violence until the neighbors called on the police department to stop tin disturbance.
