SETTLED Yesterday afternoon the paries in the suit of Lyman Sheen against the Warren Irrigation company arrived to an ngreement of settlement "which terminated the trial of the case. Under the stipulated agreement, the plaintiff will permit the use of five second feet of water from the defendant company l canal every two weeks for period of forty-eight hours In the months of April, May and June, and four second feet for the same period of time every' two week!
