The correspondent corre-spondent of the Nieuwe Rotterdam-esche Rotterdam-esche Courant. who has just return ed from Ghent, states that the troops there who were recently downcast are now elated because they fully believe be-lieve the German army has reached Calais This belief is fostered by the officers.
