OCR Text	Show FOREIGNERS WILL BE COMPELLED TO LEAVE Berlin, via London, Nov. 15, 8:35 P m The chief of police of Frank-forl-on-Maln announces that all subjects sub-jects of hostile nations. including citizens of the British colonies, without with-out respect to ago or sex, must leave the township before November 24 They must appear before the chief of Police' prior to November 17 to Inform him of their presence and to Indicate the place to which they desire de-sire to move. Official denial is given to the story emanating from a Russian source that the Russians between October 13 and November 5 captured 22,000 Germans, together with 100 cannon and four howitzers.
