After opening l-2c lower to 1 4c up valuen declined 1-2 to 3-4c all around and then made a recovery in full. Corn swayed with wheat. The open. Ing, which ranged from 1 7-8c off to! l-4c advance, was followed by an up-j turn that offset most of the loss. Oats trading was not nearly as broad as of late. The curtailment of demand de-mand led to a moderate setback in prices. Higher values for hoes lifted the provision market There was a rise of 5 to 25c, but not all of the gains w 'T- held.
