Show JOHN SEISM S TO OBTAIN INTEREST REDUCTION Respecting the protest of John Seaman, Sea-man, against a greater rate of interest inter-est on delinquent taxes for special improvements im-provements (bun the city is required 'o pay, and asking that an adjustment adjust-ment of his rate of interest be made, Mayor Fell today reported to the boarrl of city commissioners that Mr. Seaman is being charged the same rate of imprest as other property owners, and that to make a reduction reduc-tion for him would place the city commission in an awkward position In future transactions of that kind.
