Jr., and the defendant entered a plea of not guilty. The state was represented by County Attorney Jensen and the defendant conducted his side of the case In the complaint Barker was charged with obtaining an order or goods valued at $34 17 from the Ogden Packing & Provision company on Nov. 10, by representing to a salesman of the company that he had been given I credit by the manager
