Acorapanied by his wife, he was approaching the Tucker home at 624 .West Twenty-first street at 9 -.30, when the horso took fright and dashed dash-ed over a 20-foot embankment Mr. Tucker was thrown clear of the rig, but Mrs. Tucker was carried under the buggy as it turned over and in that position was in danger of death when her husband regained the lines and held the horse In check long enough to allow the woman to crawl Mrs. Tucker suffered a nervous shock and was severely bruised.
