He was charged with obtaining money mon-ey under false pretenses, the complaint, com-plaint, -which was sworn out by Albert Al-bert -Durr, proprietor of the bakery, stating that he had collected money for the house after he had been discharged dis-charged and appropriated It to his own use. Local Storm According to reports today from the offices of the Union and Southern Pacific railroads, the rain storms of tho past two days are local, extending only to Echo on the east and Lakeside on the west. Train Delayed Denver and R'o Grande train No. 3, scheduled to ar rive in Ogden at 12:10 a. m today, did not arrive until after 1:30 p. m. The delay was caused by a derailment derail-ment on the Green River division, but no details of the trouble were received re-ceived at the local offices. Broken Into The city lunch room on Grant avenue was broken into last night, apparently by men driven by hunger as only eatables were taken.
