Master Korae already i j shows talent that should land him in j the front rank of pianists by the time be has reached his majority. The two created a fine Impression at yes-1 terday's performances. When Murray Bennett'6 name la I mentioned, "it Is to laugh." Bennett Is billed as "vaudeville's brightest singing comedian," and, as far au we have seen, is entitled to the name. He has a line of "dope " that he has to even laugh at himself and he. had a hard time getting away from the three audiences that visited the Or-pheum Or-pheum yesterday. Robert E. O'Connor and Co. present pre-sent "The Stick Up Man," a one act sketch of considerable merit, combin-Ing combin-Ing humor and pathos In a telling i manner. The act le ably presented by Mr O'Connor, Edna Bothner. Wil-I llam Marble and Albert Livingston j Another good comedy act Is pre-, sented by Tim Mc.Mahon and Edyth , Chiippelle. It Is called "Why Hubby " Missed the Train." The two are fin- ' Ished vaudevilllana and were well re- . ceived Dennis brother?, who open the bill, do some clever work on an aerial j ladder. The act is novel and interesting interest-ing and started the program off well. The closing number is an act by the Rossow Midgets They have been seen here before, but their acrobatic I and boxing act still proves entertain' ing. I |
