Show i SAMUEL HORROGKS IN1 I STATEMENT TO ! THE COURT In the matter of the estate of Satu-Uel Satu-Uel HorrockB. deceased, the administrator, adminis-trator, E. J. Horrocks, today filed an account of the estate and, jn answer to a petition by some of the heirs for his removal, stated that he had not made an accounting before, a the receipts had not been sufficient to pay inheritance and other taxes end the expense of making a settlement settle-ment He admitted that he and brothers had been ii6lng the store building belonging to the estate with out an order from the court or the content of the other heirs. Mr Horrocks further stated that i the firm of Horrocks Brothers leased the store premises on Washington avenue from the father in his life- I time at a rental of $125 a month, and that the rent had been paid to him as administrator since the father's death. He Is now ready to make an accounting. He avers that he did not know that any of the heirs were dissatisfied with him as administrator until the ; petition for the removal was filed.
