Show LIBRARY GROUNDS MADE BEAUTIFUL The old brick walls in front of the basement windows of the Carnegie library building, on the north and east Sides are being replaced with cement walls This was made necessary, owing ow-ing to the crumbling away of the brick and will be a big improvement The library grounds are beginning to take on a fine appearance Custodian Custo-dian Weir has had seme of the early flowers planted and the hyacinths are in bloom and a bed of tulips give evi dence of blooming by Sunday |
