STEEL WILL BE UNLOADED IN I). C. YARDS Steel for the Eccles building will be assembled in the yards of the shops of the Utah Construction company, com-pany, on Pacific avenue and Thirtieth Thir-tieth street, as It arrives in the city and the material will be transported on trucks to the building in designated desig-nated pieces in the order in which It will be placed omo of the material should be here now. Ju6t when construction work will begin cannot be stated at this time, hut It is more than likely that no work will be done uhtil warmer weather, and: it Is possible, that it will not be commenced until the supreme su-preme court has passed on the disputed dis-puted ownership of the south wall of the old building The hearing will be held by the supreme court Iu Febr-ary.
