UPON AND ALONG A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE OGDEN CANYON ROAD SITUATED SIT-UATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 17 TO TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 1 JR EAST, AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 16 L ill TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, AND THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF 1 SECTION 15. That after such railroad shall have been completed, the said Ogden Rapid Transit Company, its succesB-ors succesB-ors or assigns, shall use in the operation opera-tion thereof electricity, compressed or liquefied air. gasoline or other improved im-proved power over steam Provided that, In the construction thereof and thereafter in the handling of disabled cars, in the cleanng of wrecks or any other obstruction upon or aloug such railway, ateam may be used whenever when-ever electricity or other motive power being used in operating such road shall he inadequate or unequal to the conditions existing 2.
