Touching tributes to tho memory of Mr. Steele were paid by Thomas E. Browning, Samuel G. Dye, H. C. Wnrdleigh, Judge N J Harris and Bishop Olson of Ogden. and Hober C. Ivcrson of Salt Lake. Sevoral musical mu-sical numbers Interspersed tho eplo-gies. eplo-gies. Oreen Griffith and Miss Irotta Fife sang "Unanswered Yet." A solo, "Oh, Grave Where Ib Thy Victory'"' was given b yAlfred Stratford, and Mrs Fred CClark 6ang "I Am a Pilgrim." "Calvary" was rendered, by Miss Fife, and Mr Griffin sang "Boautlful Bion." Members of the G A. R. acted as pall beareis. Interment Inter-ment was In the Mountain View cem-i cem-i tery. RUNDQUIST Mrs Ellen Sophia Rundqulst, for nearly a halt century . pin of Utah, died yesterday atlernoon at 3 30 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ephraim Fowler of Hooper. Mrs. Rundqulst had been In failing health for nearly five years and for the past six weeks her condition con-dition had Deen serious. She w?ln lorn in Sweden, September 4. 1831, and came to Utah In 1866. In 1869 6ho settled with her late husband, Carl Rundqulst, in Hooper, whore she had since resided. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Fowler, nnd ono one. Charles A. Rundqulst of Roy. She is also survived by ten grandchildren. The funeral arangeraents will be announced an-nounced later. |
