Provo, July 19 A message was received re-ceived at the sheriff's office here yesterday yes-terday which indica'os that the body of James Mahan, the suicide, will be sent to Cripple Creek for builal today to-day The telegram Is addresscl to Cal Hampton, care George Judd. and reads: ''Will send tlokets or money tomorrow; look for Jim's trunk." It was signed by Myra Hampton, who, It js said at the sheriff's office, is James Mahan's sister. Hampton Is expected to arrive from Cripple Creek some time tonight or tomorrow morning Sharp, whom Mahan shot in a loe tragedy, Is reported to bo slightly improved im-proved today, and the attending physician phy-sician states that there is no Immediate Immedi-ate cause for alarm, although there are Indications of peritonitis, but this pondition has existed from the first |
