When Ivoy was arrested ho appear, ed to be Intoxicated and said that tho motorman had Btruck him and he had fired at him. On his person was found a .32-calIber revolver, a quart of whisky and a fow dollars In small change. The shooting took place on West North Temple street, betwoon West, Temple and First West streets.
