Show T RIAL OF I Court Room in Los Ah. IH geles Proves to be H too Small H Los Angelos, Sept 13. The -qucs- 'IH tion of securing a court room large H enough to accommodate the many law- H vers, newspaper men, newspaper art- H ists, law students and witnesses of M McNamara brothers, Indicted for al- leged complicity In tho Times ex- M plosion, is ono that has been causing H much anxiety to those in authority. H Tho trial is to bo conducted beforo H Judgo Walter Bordwell, of tho su- l perior court, whose court room could possibly accommodate 175 persons, H which it Is admitted is far too short M of what St will he called upon to ac- j commodate, If the general public Is admitted to the sessions. Yesterday a conference was held at the office of the district attorney and M a suggestion made that the new Hall fl of Records bo used. On the seventh M floor of this building there is a room H of considerable size that could be utU- Izcd a6 a court, while another is con- venlent in which the prisoners could IH bo kept during the trial. If any other H building is used, it would necessitate M I the taking of the prisoners through IH the public streets several times a-day, M and this Is a contingency which tho detective branch of the district at- torney's office earnestly desires to avoid Another conference Is to be hold on tho subject and a definite j conclusion may be reached within a l day or two. H The trial was originally set for Oc- j tcber 10. At this date falls on pri- mary election day, the case was set H over to the 11th On October 12, how- j J ever, another election is to be held j j and with this additional break in tho H j routine it is probable the case will bo set beyond tho special election H date, possibly until October 27. fM The district attorney Is investlgat- M Laramie, Wyo., who is accused of be- H ing tho accomplaco of Milton A. x H Schmidt, under indictment here pn H the chargo of having been implicated H I Times building.
