It was suggested by M. S. Browning that It might be wolJ for tho committee having tho matter In hand to make some Investigations regarding re-garding tho feasibility of constructing tho dnm at Magplo rather than at Cobble creek, but the dam will be orected somewhere, the consensus of opinion being that Cobble creek will bo tho place whero the work will bo done. Belnap were H of tho opinion thnt the commlttco H should not proceed with articles -f H Incorporation until It Is definitely tM known Just what thn developments VM nro In stripping bedrock and in tho H proposed prospecting for bedrock at H Magplo. The Idea prevailed largely, VM however, that there should bo no H time lost in the prosecution of the en- H tcrprlso and that tho companv should H havo a legal ontlty at the earliest pos- M slblo moment.
