Drlggs, president of tho Utah Development league, to the ef-foct ef-foct that he is In hearty accord with the spirit of tho league and the Utah Press association, asking congross to enact a measure providing that all alien immigrants be furnished with full information regarding location and quality of public lands in Utah nnd other western states. Senator Smoot pledges support to tho proposed pro-posed measure. Jn response to the joint action of the league and the association a memorandum mem-orandum of which was forwarded to him at Washington, D.
